May 21, 2020

To our Valued Guests,

We wanted to provide you with the most up to date information that we know.  We are currently slated to open on May 29th unless we receive further direction from the Governor or the Health Department.  As of right now you have to be self-contained in order to camp.  The bath house will remain closed until at least June 1st.  We do not know what restrictions may be given to us after we open, if any.  Based on the guidelines from our neighboring states and across the country the bath house may be closed for a longer period of time.  This may extend into the month of June.  The laundry facilities will remain open as essential, however it will be limited to one campsite at a time.  Once a campsite has completed their laundry the facilities will be disinfected before the next campsite can use it.  If you have a reservation after May 29th and are not self-contained please check the information resources at the bottom of this letter for updates.  We will post those updates as they are made available to us.  Upon check-in we will be asking you to sign a waiver acknowledging should you become sick during or after staying here we are not held responsible.  In addition you will notify us if you have or had become ill.  We would need that information so we can advise those that were here while you were camping with us of the situation without violating your privacy or disclosing your name.  This is to protect our guests and our family.

We have also developed and Emergency Action Plan within the guidance of the State and Health Department, so when they do allow us to open we are in compliance.

Please refer to the following for future updates as we become aware of them.
